Shipping Terms

Orders ship out within 7-10 business days.
This means we will ship your package out of our warehouse within that time period. Please do not call on orders that have not completed the 7-10 day processing time, as we will have no way to track orders prior to shipping.

We now offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $20.00. Otherwise $10.00 will be charged for orders under the minimum of $20. International orders, Alaska and Hawaii have had their shipping charges reduced dramatically as well!
Shipping costs to APO destinations will be a bit higher as we can only use USPS Priority Mail to ship to those addresses.

Domestic Shipping Rates(lower 48 states)

We have a $10 minimum shipping charge on all orders under our minimum order requirement of $20.00. Otherwise shipping is free to all the lower 48 states with FedEx/UPS Ground. If you need a quicker shipping service please email us sales@haloheaven.com for rate quotes.
New rush order feature for faster shipping: At the checkout page, there will be an option for "Rush Orders". When this option is selected the order will be immediately processed and packaged and a $15 charge added to your order (essentially placing your order "first in line" if placed before 12:00 PM MST. If placed after 12:00 PM the order will be shipped first the next day). The order will then be shipped that day via FedEx/UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail depending on weight. PLEASE NOTE: Rush orders that include manufactured items will still be immediately processed but will not necessarily be sent out the same day. Also, if overnight or 2nd day air delivery is desired, please make a note in the special instructions section and our shipping department will contact you by phone (please note your daytime phone number) to explain options and pricing. $15 Rush Fee will be applied to postage charges in order to get you the fastest service if need be.

*International, U.S. Territories, Hawaii, Alaska, APO etc. rates are only estimates in the shopping cart. We will contact you to approve the actual rate if you were under charged. If you don't approve it or we can't contact you within three days then your order will be promptly refunded. In some cases you may be overpaying for shipping(*International, U.S. Territories, Hawaii, Alaska, APO etc. only). We will refund the difference.

FAST SHIPPING REQUESTS- WHEN FASTER SHIPPING THAN THE STANDARD FEDEX/UPS GROUND IS REQUIRED PLEASE LEAVE A NOTE ON YOUR ORDER ABOUT THE DATE. YOU WILL BE CONTACTED ONCE ORDER IS BOXED AND DIFFERENT SHIPPING OPTIONS WILL BE OFFERED TO YOU AND CHARGED TO YOUR CARD AFTER YOUR APPROVAL.

MAILING/SHIPPING ADDRESSES- IF YOU CURRENTLY HAVE A POST OFFICE BOX YOU WILL NEED TO PLACE YOUR STREET ADDRESS WHEN CHECKING OUT AS FEDEX/UPS GROUND WILL BE USED FOR ALL ORDERS OVER 1 POUND.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION- IF YOU ARE NOT SENT A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION/TRACKING NUMBER VIA EMAIL WITHIN 7-10 DAYS OF ORDERING THEN THERE COULD BE A PROBLEM. PLEASE CONTACT US TO BE SURE WE RECEIVED YOUR ORDER.
